  1. Get a good night sleep
Sometimes due to the unfinished work or assignments, staying late at night becomes an option in order to meet up. getting proper sleep will help during the day. most adults need about seven (7) to nine (9) hours for proper sleep.
  
    2.   Be attentive

Paying attention during lectures or seminar will help stop the sleeping, avoid chatting, taking calls or replying messages that are not necessary.

    3.   Eat Healthy
Eating good food and taking multivitamins will help the brain, always remember you are what you eat. eat food such as nuts, chocolates, berries, drink water and always avoid dehydration because the cells in the body needs water and also the brain cells.
